So sore: need a new game plan.
My muscles of so DOM’d right now that morning shower didn’t even pretend to help the situation. I’m almost through my five day split. I think today would be a good day to get in some good cardio with the pup. You know take her to the capital to see the sights. Then I need to get back to clean for a party. I’ll take a few photos for all of you who haven’t visited the nations capital in a while!
